The Horntveth brothers (from Jaga Jazzist) and others. Clear JJ influence on melodies, but very distinct.
Jaga Jazzist
Phenomenally skilled individuals comprise my favourite group of all time ever. Electro meets progressive Jazz. Expert writing, performance and computering makes for perfect tracks spanning a wide range of styles.
Väsen
Some impossibly beautiful melodies. The sound of the Nyckelharpa is quite something.
Guillemots
Some well constructed, glorious songs.
Telling the Bees
"Darkly crafted folk", apparently. Couldn't agree more.
